We're sorry your LALICIOUS purchase didn’t work out. If you'd like to exchange an item from your online order, please review our exchange policy below:
 
We accept exchanges from the USA.
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
Unopened, sealed items, or slightly used items are eligible for exchange for products of equal or lesser value.
We offer free exchanges to eligible customers. 
 

We can only process exchanges for items purchased directly through our website: www.lalicious.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers must follow that store’s return or exchange policy.
 
The Body Brush, Deluxe Sample Sets, Gift Boxes, and all products purchased at a value are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
 
If you’d like to request an exchange or if you received a damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If possible, include photos of the damaged items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
