If you've changed your mind about an item from your online order, please refer to our return policy below: We accept returns/exchanges from the USA. Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days from delivery date. Please note that all customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unopened, sealed items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. Opened or slightly used items can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. The Body Brush, Deluxe Sample Sets, Gift Boxes, and all products purchased at a value are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and all items purchased on sale are final and can not be returned. We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website www.lalicious.com. Purchases made from a third party must abide by that store's return policy.
